  TERRIBLE experience. I received RAW tenders after a 35min wait. When I asked for the manger Ryan, he looked at my order saw it was raw and refused to give me a refund. 1 star for the nice employee mason who gave me a free drink for the long wait!

  I placed a delivery order but it was n9)ot delivered. I ended up having to pick it up but my order was WRONG. Wrong flavors I don't know what flavor it is, I didn't eat it. I ordered combos. No drinks. No ranch. How do eat wingstop without the ranch? You dont

  There was a bunch of kids outside with kids and a police officer and I walked in to pick up my order that was already ready on my app and on the screen when I walked in the staff memeber walked to the door instead of assisting me and I had to get her attention because she was too busy standing in the door watching whatever was happening outside she looked for my order and said it’s not here I said my name is on the screen she said when it’s done it will be on the shelf and she walked off another staff member walked in greeted me clocked in and looked for my order and told me that someone was working on it at this point I have already been in here for 7 minutes so I was upset so when I finally got my order I get home and I only had 8 wings after I already paid for 10 This isn’t my first time having an issue with this wingstop there was another time where they forgot my ranch and another time a staff memeber was rude when I asked about extra seasoning on my fries when I called about it right after I made the order

  horrible experience, $30 wasted. wings were overcooked tasted burnt! I asked for well done the wings were disgusting and had a sour taste all 3 flavors. my son brought it to my attention I accused him of being ungrateful until I tasted them. Gross and too tough to chew!
