  My boyfriend went in about 25 mins till closing, not ideal time but we still needed to eat. We weren’t staying or anything getting food to go, while I didn’t know he was going to go in and order, Me (at home) ordered online for him. Well he goes in and the lady is so so rude saying he needs to get out and that they are closed and not taking orders anymore. So he calls me and i said well I already ordered food either go ask for the food or our money back and before he could even ask about she tells him she cancelled the order. This is so so rude and unprofessional, my boyfriend said there was a guy behind (an employee) her that was very frustrated with her too. We love wingstop but after this interaction we will not be returning to this location. That lady is seriously so so rude! Take pride in what you do lady!

  Ive never been in a resturaunt as unpleasant and revolting as this. The floor was covered in trash, tables still had crumbs on them, atmosphere was hostile and the service was rude. It took 30 minutes to get my food just for it to taste like lard and fish oil, will never be coming back.

  By far some of the worst food and service I’ve ever gotten. This is my first ever review and I’m doing it just so others can be aware. The staff are disrespectful, rude, inattentive, and have no pride in their work or work ethic. After placing my order I waited 36 minutes for my 8 wings and fries. Wings were so cold that there was literally no heat to them. They were room temperature…. Fries were undercooked and had no seasoning…. Like how bad can you mess up an order unless you genuinely don’t care about your job or the customers. So $20 lost cause I was on my lunch break and don’t have time to go through the refund process with the unhelpful staff. Wings that taste like they came out the fridge with a side of cold soggy undercooked seasonless fries, topped off with attitude and disrespect from staff. I have a decade of experience working in kitchens, fast food and management in the food industry so I get there are bad days but this is really unacceptable.

  Wings here was too oily. Out stomach got so upset after having wings here. Never coming again
