  Their fries are horrible now. They used to taste fresh and had plenty of seasoning, now they're bland store-bought frozen fries with barely any seasoning on them. Wingstop's fries were always one of my favorite things about them (and some of my favorite fast-food fries in general) and a big reason why I chose them over other wing places. Now that they're serving bland generic trash, I have no reason to buy from Wingstop. So disappointed.

  The wings and french fries were extremely salty. Couldn't eat them If I didn't order them to go I would have asked for my money back and ventured elsewhere.

  "I visited this Wingstop location at 12 PM for a scheduled pickup order. Despite the order being ready on the shelf, the staff kept me waiting for over 15 minutes and wrongly claimed it was still being prepared. Even after acknowledging the order was complete, there was no apology or courtesy shown for the unnecessary delay."

  The store manager showed absolutely no concern for the quality of service that was provided. I was specifically told that when the order was shorted by 10 wings and I asked why? That it was not her problem. I used the two for one coupon but she didn't I care. Completely unacceptable
