  I have been a regular customer and have placed large orders over the phone with this location many times in the past, including orders of 50 wings paid for in cash. Today, when I called to place the same type of order, the employee who answered refused to take it and stated that they no longer accept phone orders larger than 30 pieces. I politely asked to speak with a manager, expecting clarification or assistance. Unfortunately, the manager also refused to take my order and offered no reasonable solution or explanation beyond repeating the policy. I understand that businesses can change their policies, but the way this situation was handled was disappointing. As a loyal customer, I expected better customer service, clearer communication, and at least an effort to accommodate the order or suggest an alternative. Instead, I was simply turned away. Very frustrating experience, and it has made me reconsider ordering from this location in the future.

  Just made an order on DoorDash and have no ranch for 2 meals /: I can’t really blame on dasher since bags come sealed …..

  The young lady that’s working there tonight is so kind, a good listener, professional. This location is pretty good about getting the order right, but the two times that they made a mistake they were happy to correct it.

  Forgot to say all flats until right before I paid and they fixed it (although met with pushback at first) the manager on staff was very helpful and I can eat all my wings now! - April 25th 8:55pm
