  I've been coming to this UPS store for 10 years and 95% of the time I'm met with a smile and fast service. Some of these reviews show how you can't please everyone. #1 It's not UPS who is changing the standards of Amazon returns; it's the sellers. #2 It's your responsibility to have your package taped up and ready for shipping when you get in line. If you don't, then plan on buying their supplies to do so. #3 At times, it can be slow, but that's because Denton has more people and it's these entitled people leaving bad reviews they are holding up the line to argue about the price of tape, return policies, etc.!!! #4 I definitely agree about the brown-haired woman with the bad attitude but at least she's consistent and I know what to expect when she's working!! lol

  I've been to several UPS stores, but Jacob made this one my go-to for anything I need. He helped me carry packages, advised me on how to best ship an item - he went above and beyond for a small customer. I will go out of my way to come to this store in the future.

  Girl at front desk rude will drive to my ups store in Lewisville that I have been with for 20plus years before coming back here! Get a different job if you don’t like what you do! My first time here and just moved to denton. Way to represent!

  Your store has terrible customer service. Your employees, or may be its the owner, do not wish to work at your store. Please send them home or close the business down. I'm going to ask the owner of the complex to not renew your lease. You are a disgrace to our neighborhood. There have been so many terrible reviews and you still employ the same people? Or may be its you, the owner that is the problem. Fix it.
