I arrived at this UPS location at approximately 6:55 PM, five minutes before their posted closing time of 7:00 PM, to return several Amazon packages. While another employee was helping me, this employee who frequently wears a face mask repeatedly interrupted and instructed him not to process my returns.
She told me that Amazon returns would require payment, which was not true. The very next day, I took the same return to another UPS location, where they were processed without any charge. She also claimed they do not assist with taping or packaging returns (I had the box and return label with me and could have taped it in under 10 seconds but she would not let me), yet another UPS location had no issue even boxing it for me with no complaints.
The most disappointing part was her attitude. When I explained that I would miss my return deadline if I could not complete the return that evening, she looked at me and said she did not care.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I arrived before closing time, and the back-and-forth argument lasted nearly 10 minutes. Had she simply allowed the employee to continue assisting me, my return would have been processed and I would have been gone long before closing.
I have gone to this location for two years now and have intentionally avoided this employee with the face mask because I have previously witnessed her being rude to other customers. After this experience, I looked at the reviews and noticed many complaints describing similar interactions. Unfortunately, my experience was consistent with those reviews. If I could give zero star, I would.
This was one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant customer service experiences I have ever had. I have never met someone that mean, wicked, and Incompassionate
Unwelcomed atmosphere, rude employees

ASK TO SEE THEM PACK UP ANY BOX YOU PAID FOR!! They will use your ignorance against you. This place has really bad pricing and just overall poor customer service. Do not spend your money with this franchise.

I am writing this to warn the community about the business practices at this location (managed by Flores Postal Services LLC). I had an item stolen from this store's premises after I paid for shipping but before the item was ever handed over to a UPS driver.
The Facts:
Security Failure: My property was stolen from inside this store (Denton PD Case #26051445). The theft occurred before the item entered the shipping stream.
Misapplied Policy: Management attempted to use a $100 "transit liability" cap to avoid paying for the full $138.40 value of my item. This was a premises liability issue, not a shipping error, yet they refused to honor the documented value I provided.
Unprofessional Conduct: When I provided the original Nespresso receipts as proof of value (as they requested), management (Ulises Reyes) issued a written accusation of "fraud" against me in an attempt to delegitimize my claim.
Delayed Resolution: I only received a refund for my shipping fees and a partial $100 payment after I was forced to file formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Texas Attorney General.
The Takeaway:
If you ship here, know that if your item is stolen from their counter before the truck arrives, they may not take responsibility for the full value. More concerningly, if you provide proof of your loss, you may be met with insults and accusations of fraud rather than professional customer service.

The girl who still wears a mask seems to get enjoyment out of telling people she can’t help them, and then I go to the loop 288 store and the guy with the mustache is able to help me with everything she says is not possible.
