  I have take several print jobs to this UPS store (#7954) on Hickory Creek in Denton, Tx. These print jobs have been for professional business presentation. Glossy stock trifolds. One of these jobs was a rush for a business presentation I had that morning in an hour. I called the store in kind of a panic and Joe the manager was very helpful and assured me that he could get the job completed when I needed it. I showed up and my order was already completed and nicely packaged. I was relieved and very pleased with how professional the product looked. I will continue to take my business to Joe and his team at Hickory Creek!

  I have visited this UPS Store multiple times for Amazon returns and other services, and I have generally had positive experiences with friendly and helpful staff. On my most recent visit, however, I did not receive a printed copy of my return items after dropping them off. When I asked the associate at the desk—a tall younger woman with long hair—for the printout, she was quite abrupt in her responses and did not even let me finish my questions. This was disappointing, as it contrasted with the usual courteous service I have received here. I hope this was an isolated incident. I will continue to use this location but would appreciate more consistent customer service in the future.

  I was in there today and was treated with such disrespect. When I said something to him, he advised that he does not care and I am not a customer and he is not customer service. He was very rude to the man before me also. This is not acceptable in any business!!

  By far one of the best experiences I've ever had using this kind of store! It doesn't matter what I need done whether it's printing projects, returning amazon packages, or shipping something out it's always a delightful experience. Joe and his wonderful team are the best
