  Even when mobile ordering in advance, orders are consistently 20 minutes late here Placed an order 30 minutes ago and it still isn’t ready :)

  Delivery was supposed to be handed to me. It was left in my chair. Also it was supposed to delivered by a woman named Jackie but it was not. I tried to contact store and doordash with no response from either. So I threw the food away. People need to be honest...wont order from this place again. Waste of time and money

  I went to Subway yesterday around 7pm near the gas station by highway i35 and this employee was the nicest person because I got in and there were 2 people in front of me ordering than I felt a random dizzy i ask him “if it’s ok to open because I’m feeling dizzy” he said yes go ahead and after paying I told him to keep the changes than he asked me if you want to try a different cookie and I said “I only wanted one cookie” he goes no it’s fine with 2 cookies. I didn’t catch his name but he’s a African American

  sending kudos to Carlton Thomas, who made my very long, chaotic day a bit brighter with his warmth and personality. I frequent this location and Carlton is so courteous and personable! 10/10 service!
