  This was by far the worst service I’ve experienced at a Subway. I placed a mobile order for pickup, but the staff worked at an absolute snail’s pace — painfully slow, like everything was in slow motion. My sandwich wasn’t ready even well past the scheduled pickup time, and I got no explanation for the delay. This is the first time I’ve had such a bad experience at any Subway. Needless to say, I’ll be skipping this branch next time

  Saturday, 8/1/26 2 pm------A crazy thing happened today I pulled up to the Subway off of Teasley Lane in Denton across from the 7-Eleven and we are the only car in front of the store there was a couple cars like a few cars down from us it was a little shopping center so I sent my grandson in with my card to get him a sandwich he came back out and he said "they are not taking walk-ins" and I'm like what so I got out of the car and went in I recognized somebody in there and she told me that they were only taking online orders I was amazed I could not believe what I was hearing I still can't believe she told me that and I'm like we're here and I need a sandwich you're not gonna service us and she said no--- no walk-ins---what in the world is going on in this world???? I don't see myself ever pulling up to a subway again

  BS that they only staff one person who is left to drown on the dinner shift with no food prepared or bread made. I offered to go behind the counter to help the lady working there because i felt bad for her. Wouldnt be the first time i have jumped behind the counter at a subway to help the staff.

  My husband and I came in today and was greeted by Joanna Gonzalez she was very kind very attentive she was all smiles very pleasing to see thank you for having her on your team we need more like her she delt with a very rude customer with such poise that in itself needs to be recognized thank you again we appreciate you!!!!
