  We have been patronizing this facility for years and we have never had a problem, until today. We ordered our normal 6” spicy Italian sandwich. After the sandwich had been toasted, we started letting the associate making the sandwich know what veggies we wanted on the sandwich. We normally start with the spinach, as we have done, for since our first visit to this exact facility and every other Subway facility we have visited across the US and in Germany. However, she stopped us immediately to let us know that the sauce must go on first. We explained to her this is how we have always done it, but she downright refused to do it. We are not saying we’re right, but not a single Subway has ever said no. She stated the sauce must go on first or you will not get any. We put up a brief fight, but she was not going to give in, so we thought we had compromised by asking for a small container of it. Rather than place the container of sauce nicely on the counter, she threw it. Horrible customer service. We love Subway, just not this location.

  The owner this location needs to close down or have more employees to help the customers. It’s really scary to place order this location always something wrong with the order Missing ingredients , no on time it’s just worst subway location

  If you cannot afford to stay open, shut it down. This is the 3rd time in 6 months that I've visited your store and there's only 1 worker busting their butts trying to keep up with phone orders and in store customers. You make your shop look cheap compared to other sandwich shops that have 5. 6, 7 workers behind the counter. Hire more workers.

  Ordered a cold cut combo and was given no meat because they apparently didn’t see the part of the receipt that says COLD CUT COMBO and only saw the cheese and lettuce parts. I mean *facepalm*

  This store is one of the nicest store I have been in and the manager is awesome she good with the customer and the people her name is brook Johnson she really knows how to take care of her store and the people that come in and out good job and she great with her employees you go girl good job thank you for all my good experience there
