  Do not whatever you do do not go with them. We were with them for six months and penny called at our renewal and said that she had a better rate on our car renewal with a different plan so we did it but she did not enter our account number for our bank correctly. There was no phone calls to fix it. No letters emails or anything to tell us that there was a problem they canceled our insurance without any notification whatsoever. I didn’t even realize that we didn’t have insurance my son got in a car accident, and that was the point that I realize that no one solve the problem when we called it was ridiculous. There was no apology for making mistake. There was no even I made a mistake and it was basically a sorry you’re screwed . While Allstate may be a good company. My experience with them has not been good. I would most definitely never use George Carranza or his staff again. I am now having to pay thousands of dollars because of one mistake that could’ve easily been fixed the day after saying oh I entered a number in wrong. Can you tell me again what it is there’s no personal liability no morals no ethics for their customers it’s sad but I feel like the personal insurance agent is not even worth it. I’d go directly through the company and not have an agent.

  I have been an Allstate customer for a long time and am extremely happy here. Pennie Collins, their Licensed Sales Provider, has made sure my family was taken care of on many occasions. My insurance agent George Carranza and, before him, Dub Corbin are very nice, but, to be honest, it's the girl on the phone that handles most of the requests, needs, etc.; Pennie is one of the best and she's the reason I've used her Allstate agency for so long.

  Their office has saved me a lot of money on my vehicle coverage, and then again on my home insurance as well. Julie Mathus in the office is the most knowledgeable insurance resource that I have ever used in either my CFO roles or personal needs. Everyone needs to go talk to Julie. She saved me on my rural home and acreage when most other agents / brokers couldn't find me coverage or it wasn't cost-effective. She also figured out how no one else at All State in two different offices could fix a home-owner quote issue I was having.

  I met with Sam Carranza four years ago to see if Allstate could give me a better rate on my home and auto. I was shocked when he told me that the coverage I had in place was excellent. He actually recommended keeping my current policy instead of trying to sell me something, immediately earning my trust. He told me to reach out to him if my circumstances change. Three years later, my rates went up, and I decided to reach out to Sam knowing he would give me an honest opinion. Sam took the time to help my wife and I understand all of our coverage options, risk, cost, etc in a way that left us feeling safe and confident, rather than sold. He was able to increase our coverage and lower our cost! I am thankful to have a trusted insurance advisor like him.
