  Neil Vandiver eagerly assisted me & my Mother with an issue on her phone with unlocking the sim bc the phone is already unlocked. He is very kind & didn’t make us feel like a hassle & even though he may not be able to help he tried anyway. HE DESERVES A RAISE! Would be a good candidate to run his own store. Kind eyes!

  I really loved my experience at this Cricket Wireless store. I had talked to a pretty, nice young lady. She helped swap my phone number to my new cell phone. She showed me many more phones and listed many facts about each one. I will be coming back. Thank you so much. I wish I had collected photos from this experience, but I did not.

  I'll stick with doing my stuff online. I needed to start a new line on my account. I already had a phone all I needed was a sim card. So I had them add a line. They charged me a $25 activation fee without saying anything about it.
