This location WAS one of my favorites to go to until bugs started appearing in my sandwiches. At first, I thought it was just a one time occurence, so I called and got a refund. No issue, right? Thats what I thought until they REPEATEDLY starting appearing in my food!!!!! And everytime i would call talking about the issues until one day the owner, Sandra. She started insulting me over the phone saying that I was ‘tarnishing the business’ and that the store has a ‘zero criticism’ tolerance? After YOU made multiple mistakes with my sandiwhces and had to fix them, and put MULTIPLE bugs in my sandwiches???? This store is cleanly and strongly at first glance, until you KINDLY correct them and ask for a refund on their mistake? You have lost a very valuable customer, I warn anyone who wants to go here.

The employee named Mason on nightshift has a poor attitude when it comes to customer service. If a sandwich artist is too hard of a job; maybe seek other options.

Stopped there this morning to get a breakfast sandwich. I stood there 5 minutes and finally asked the guy counting money if the wait would be much longer. He said yes so I walked out. Don't say you are open and ready to serve if you're not.
