The young man who started our sandwiches and the young lady serving as cashier were pleasant – but I have no idea what the problem the heavyset young lady (she seemed to be the oldest of the three so I’m not sure if she was a manager or not) who made our sandwiches has.
She was not finished with my partners sandwich before she wanted to know what was on my sandwich. Every single item, instead of as she went, which, whatever if that works. After every single item for both sandwiches, however, we were both met with what seemed to be an irritated “Is that it??”
If you asked for light on one item (mayo), she gave a lot. If you asked for more of another item (jalapeños), she would give one *single* item more, instead of a bit more towards what common sense might agree with, or just asking. If you corrected her, she just tossed it in the sandwich as if it was an irritation.
She made the sandwiches for the couple in front of us and I did not hear the same negging we received.
It was sweltering outside, we were hungry and not wanting to argue. I’m hoping she was just having a rough day and this is not her normal character, but regardless, her attitude she displayed today was odd and nasty. I hope someone can have a conversation with her.
