  Lies about delivering packages to address. Call to get help and ai Robert prevents talking to person. Once get person on phone they don’t help and just tell you to wait till package finally shows up. I’ve lost all faith in FedEx I will seek to buy goods in person from now since mail and online orders never show. Complete failure of a business doing the one thing they exist for.

  Just went in a few minutes ago and the young lady there asked if she could help I gave her the information and she walked to the back and came right back and said your package is NOT here. I then gave her the tracking number and long and behold the package appeared. She was very rude to the customers that showed up at that time
