  I asked for more banana peppers on my veggie sandwich and the lady says, “No. This is a sandwich not a salad, there is enough” ??? It’s a veggie sandwich!!!! And then proceeded to charge me extra banana peppers!! IT’S MY SANDWICH WDYM NO???

  I had a wonderful experience at Subway on Spencer thanks to the two ladies working during my visit. They were incredibly kind, professional, and humble, and they made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I walked in. The restaurant was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made for a very pleasant dining experience. Both employees worked efficiently and stayed focused while still providing excellent customer service. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. Great service like this deserves recognition. Thank you both for making my visit such a positive one—I will definitely be back!

  Jamás me había sentido tan ignorada como hoy, la persona que atiende ahí es un hombre y es muy grosero llegamos y ni siquiera nos preguntó que necesitábamos, le hablamos y nos ignoró lo que hizo fue ponerse a agarrar tikets de órdenes que tenía pendientes y a nosotros nos ignoró. No volvería a este lugar muy mal trato.
