  I usually go to the other location farther down center street but we picked this one today and regret that decision. We made an online order through the app and when we got to the store we were told they were out of ham and would not be able to make the ham and cheese sandwich. She asked if we wanted to substitute but the person we were buying the ham for didn’t want anything other than ham. I also ordered a 5 meat that includes ham so I can only assume my 5 meat turned into a 4 meat. We asked for a refund and was told it wouldn’t be possible. So we asked for a manager and was told they weren’t there. After asking if they could call the manager the employee called the manager and we were finally able to get a refund. Running out of ham is kind of crazy for a place like subway. It’s used quite a bit on their menu. I recommend going to another location so you don’t waste your time.

  If a Subway store runs out of a sandwich item (such as lettuce)@ 6:25pm, send a worker to the grocery!! Why do y'all keep making sandwiches if you're out of something? Bad experience today. I also remember when you were out of roast beef so I couldn't get a Club. Not going back to 3203 Center St Deer Park, Subway #44831. Get your act together & stock your sandwich foods/ items.

  Really clean, fresh bread, fresh produce
