  My Cricket Deer Park location experience was excellent! The store manager, Elizabeth, and store associate, Vida, were very helpful, courteous, kind, and perceptive to my questions without judgement. My experience was like visiting family and heartwarming. This has been my only 5 star experience at any Cricket location. Thank you so very much for all of your kindness, and helpful support!

  elizabeth was so helpful with me getting my own phone and own line! she answered all of my questions, was thorough, and put my screen protector and case on for me. idk how much she's getting paid but she deserves more
