  I came in for some dinner after work and was helped by a gentleman named Eric as soon as I came in. He was friendly and even let me know about the rewards program so that I can earn a little more with my visit. I had a chicken sandwich combo with the Cajun flavoring and would have cut off my left hand for another. Chicken was saucy and delicious. Between the food and great customer service I’ll be back

  Ordered BOGO 10 piece.. paid up charge for 10 to be mix & match… received all boneless. Ordered 2 flavors for the boneless wings actually ordered but only got 1 flavor. Ordered a large ranch that was not received, ordered well done fries with extra seasoning and they were not even close to that. Disappointing.. it’s really not that hard.

  Ordered food through the app last night, app said it was ready I show up and am told they are packing it up. I go sit down & hear the employees in the back talking about “yeah I could tell they weren’t cooked all the way through” referring to who’s food? I don’t know. Sat there probably ten minutes waiting. Finally get the food & go home to eat. Imagine eating over 85% of your food and then pulling out a long strand of hair. Yeah, will not be returning any time soon.

  I have lived in Decatur for almost 2 years and have been talked out of eating here every time I have brought up that I was in the mood for wings. Well there was no one here to talk me out of it today. I was a bit skeptical because of the reviews from here and yelp, but decided to give this location a try. The service was great. The place was clean. My boneless wings weren’t sauced enough and I had to ask for the ranch that came with them. I also ordered a large fry, well done. They are currently in my air fryer because they were not well done. I so think there are a few things that can be improved upon, but over all the wings and fries (once I hit them out of the air fryer) were very tasty!! When I lived in Houston, the employees at the Wingstop knew me by name. That’s how often I was there.

  Placed an order to eat there and it was great! While I was eating placed an order to go and was having trouble with my card form it processing reason.. he took care of me and told me not to worry about it on the 4 tenders to go! Stand up guy and store. Thank you
