  This place sucks and the employees are by far the worst at dealing with any issues you have. They know nothing and are good at replying with smart ass remarks. Go elsewhere before going here. The girl Salina was helping a customer while calling customer service and was told to visit and local cricket store for further assistance, she then proceeded to tell him he needed to call cricket and see if they could resolve the issue. This place is a joke 🤣🤣🤣

  I don’t normally post a whole lot of reviews, but I like to do it when I feel like an establishment really go above and beyond. Just moved into the area and as a result this is my local Cricket store now. I am so glad that everyone I have met at this store so far has been so friendly and knowledgeable. It always feels like a welcoming environment. Everyone takes their time with me when I ask what I’m sure are some dumb questions, but I am never made to feel like I’m stupid. I always learn something new when I leave. I appreciate them very much!
