I'm beyond frustrated with my experience at this Wingstop location. After paying almost $30 total, specifically almost $6 on fries alone, and running to catch our flight after waiting forever for our order... my fries were PLAIN, not even salt!! And after requesting specifically for them to be extra crispy/double cooked, they instead were soft, almost SOGGY!
So now my normal self is sitting on a plane, next to a stranger, and crying over fries I was looking forward to all day.
EDIT: It has now been a week since this happened. I emailed their customer service team that same day + this Google review. AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING BACK. Idk what exactly i expected, but definitely better customer service than this.

To that owners of this location !!!! Close it down, the quality of food here is terrible. As a flight crew employee I can say I’ve stopped by several times over the years and it’s always bad. Terrible food and service, the employees don’t care and it shows. Soggy uncooked food and or old! Just Bad all bad
Ordered a chicken sandwich and it was bone dry, even with the container filled with a 1/4 inch of butter on the bottom bun. Hair in it as well!
Location in DFW would only let me order if I downloaded app and order online....no go!! Attendant stood there leaning against counter doing nothing...
No strips, no honey mustard, only 2 meal deals, limited flavors and so on. "Express" = "we only have 2 things"
