  zero star. For an order of one fries one wings, took them 25mins to realize they have missed the order…now let’s see if they can make it in next 25mins. Unacceptable for an airport location, employees don’t care and had clearly no training, no English speaking skills. Whoever owns it should close it down.

  July 20, 4:30pm was the day I had the worst chicken sandwich of my life. And the loaded fries were really not edible. I paid money for it—I could see if it was trash to be sorted through but paying for this…just wow. The worst experience…just a bucket of franks red hot sauce all over everything…literally could not eat it. It’s embarrassing to say your good at chicken when you serve chicken that’s not even edible. Absolute disgrace.

  Absolutely nothing like advertised. The sandwich photo on their menu shows a thick, crispy chicken breast, neatly stacked on a bun. What I actually got was a thin, soggy patty completely drowning in sauce. On top of that, the fries were undercooked. Pale and mushy instead of crispy. Disappointing experience overall, especially for the price. Attached a photo comparing what was advertised vs. what I received. Judge for yourself.

  Went earlier today and cashier and the rest of the staff seemed confused! 30 dollars down the drain and never got my condiments or cheese sauce!

  I'm beyond frustrated with my experience at this Wingstop location. After paying almost $30 total, specifically almost $6 on fries alone, and running to catch our flight after waiting forever for our order... my fries were PLAIN, not even salt!! And after requesting specifically for them to be extra crispy/double cooked, they instead were soft, almost SOGGY! So now my normal self is sitting on a plane, next to a stranger, and crying over fries I was looking forward to all day. EDIT: It has now been a week since this happened. I emailed their customer service team that same day + this Google review. AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING BACK. Idk what exactly i expected, but definitely better customer service than this.
