  I came to pick up a DoorDash and since yall were about to close they said that they were not going to make the order?? That’s not how you run a business now your customers everyone time is wasted. and it’s fact it was like 3 other dashers they said this too. Get them lazy ppl out of there! They costing you money.

  • Customer service was distracted and not attentive to customers. • Missing items in my order with little attention to correcting it. • Long wait time for food with poor communication. • Kitchen staff appeared untidy and cleanliness standards looked questionable. • Overall environment felt unorganized and not well managed. • Staff did not seem engaged or interested in helping customers. • Order accuracy needs major improvement. • Food quality did not match expectations considering the wait. • Customer experience felt rushed and overlooked. • Management should pay closer attention to cleanliness, professionalism, and customer satisfaction

  Me and my girlfriend live in Ross Ave. and go out of our way to visit the WingStop location off of Lemmon Ave. Mr. Anthony Morales and his staff went above and beyond make sure our dine in service was perfect. The food was fresh and seasoned and the staff was very friendly and helpful. If you live in the Dallas area I recommend coming to this location for your next WingStop visit!

  2 girls working WEDNESDAY MAY 20 at 5:30 pm attitude was TRASH. One looked casket ready with her makeup and the other had her biggol spectacles on looking at me and my bf crazy.. not even saying anything. They looked like they were incompetent or something and just stood there like they’ve never taken an order before so I left. Please have em just bag the fries next time.

  Staff will tell you they will get footage of an accident from their cameras and tell you to call but then when you call they pull the rug from you and say they won’t.
