  The food so bad and the ranch is not the same ranch then I paid for flats I only got one flat such a joke!!!!!!Then the liquid when it’s a dry rub Lemmon pepper???!!!!! No no no!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Morning staff good , didnt ask employees name but she was helpful and nice. Wing were deliciously crispy and fries well done. Drink wasnt saturated with ice but just right. Thank you!

  I placed an order online and changed my address pick up and the system keeps changing my location. the order placed to the wrong location! I called them to cancel the order and for 1 the person that anwsered the phone didnt even state her name she just said "Winstop pls hold" Ive been on hold for 42minutes and still on hold. i called the wingstop location where i wanted my order placed picked it up and im still on hold trying to cancel my order and no pick up!!! This location has been the worse customer service experience ive ever had!!!! This is ridiculous!! after an hour im still on hold!! Please retrain your staff on customer service!! i know theres no dang way there that busy to keep me on hold for an hour and 36minutes!!!!!!!!!!!

  The worst wings. I placed the order online; the system indicated they would be ready at 7:10, but when I arrived 10 minutes later, the cashier told me I’d have to wait another 15 minutes. They shouldn't accept online orders if they can't handle the volume; the staff is terrible. The wings weren't fresh, and my drink had no ice because they had run out. It’s the same story every time I order here; corporate really ought to visit these locations there’s always a long wait, and they’re always out of something. Terrible service. I hope that if I come back, the staff has changed; all the customers had been waiting for over 20 minutes. Given the long wait, it seems like they aren't even really working. Don't come here unless you want to wait more than 20 minutes; the service is terrible.
