Service was very good the first few times. Today, I ordered online as always. I placed it as an order for Delivery, but the website put it in as carry out. Order should have arrived by 2:30PM. I had to call them again, to inform them to correct it, I got a run around. Was calling over and over, being hung up here, gaslit by staff, talking over me. After being on for an 10th attempt calling they would hang up avoiding me again. They puropsely were not facing accountability, avoiding me, nor being proff. Finally, another employee finally answered at this point 2 solutions: refund placing it to my account, or allowing me to come get a fresh order another day. Simple. Very sarcastic and projecting comminication which was pitiful. I wanted to be on the phine to ensure to not deal wih these employees as they had bad customer service. "We are busy so you can be on the phone for a while then." Still talking over me rather than listen I get placed on hold for about 15 more min. She claimed she did the refund it never showed up in my account, she said she had no control over that to call bank. I requested a copy/receipt to send it to my email she brought up the busy excuse which is not acceptable. I told her do not speak to me this way nor anyone you never know who you are interacting with. I explained to her I am well aquaitned with the owners and W.S. franchise here in DFW and I am in town to work smh. I told her I will definitely be speaking with them regarding the employees working here. Do not attempt to reply or claim you never heard of this customer. I have this post on video chat to the right people, location, and the terrible service.
