  The ranch is $1.61. No problem, bought it, but didn’t receive it at first when I got my food. No problem, I’ll just let them know. They accused us of lying, made us empty out the bag as proof then took our bag to double check. Mind you, we never left the counter, so we would not have had a chance to hide ranch…… We finally got what we paid for. No apology. Ok ghetto

  The service was very slow; the app said it was ready, but I had to wait another 20 minutes, and they put way too much salt on the fries.

  This person here is super rude and yells at you when you're trying to make your order. He's a person who shouldn't even work here because of the way he treats you. If he doesn't want to work, let him go home

  Every time I order here it’s always a mess, yesterday I ordered at 7:15pm and got there at 7:43 and they told me my order wasn’t there. And send me to another location went there and they said no to go back .. This location and the one in Wynnewood had be driving back and forth because they couldn’t find my order. This is my last time buying from this location, the reps at the front got ugly attitude and don’t even take the time to find my order . I got my food till 8:35PM. A hr and 15 min later … They had it on the back ! The fries was cold and nasty and the gave me 2 of my sauces wrong. Worst experience .
