  Dana R. provided outstanding customer service at Wingstop! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was handled with care. She had a great attitude, kept things moving efficiently, and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s always refreshing to encounter someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.   I went to pick up 10pc of classic wings w/lemon pepper, but I got just classic wings. I don't know if the Hispanic female was the manager but she was rude to the workers and myself.She acted like she had a fly swater in her the way she told me and the other employee to go to the other register

  The atmosphere was dirty! Sticky stuff all over the floor & pretty much every table was a mess. I picked up an order as a delivery driver. Should hire more workers cause The service was extremely slow!! I know it's not the employees fault due to circumstances but their attitude was nonchalant.

  Estuve esperando mi orden desde las 7 40 y asta las 9 24 y no me dieron nada solo un lociento deberían poner más atención alas órdenes o cambiar de manager 😡

  This was the worst service I have every had. I had to wait over a hour to get my food and the manager was not being helpful at all, and to make matters worse they still messed up my order.
