This was my first time ever visiting Wingstop, and unfortunately it will probably be my last. I walked in unfamiliar with the menu and told the cashier that I'd never been there before. Instead of helping me, she seemed impatient and annoyed from the beginning. Every question I asked felt like it was an inconvenience. When I was trying to figure out how many wings to order and what came with a combo, she responded with an attitude instead of simply explaining the options.
The interaction became even more uncomfortable when she asked whether I wanted bone-in or boneless. After I politely asked her to repeat the question because I didn't hear it clearly, she repeated it in a noticeably harsher tone. During checkout, my card was accepted by the terminal, but she told me to try again without explaining what happened. She also asked for my name for the order but never entered it. What bothered me most wasn't a mistake, it was the overall lack of basic courtesy. As someone visiting for the first time, I expected at least a little patience and professionalism. Instead, I felt like I was being rushed and treated as though I was an inconvenience. I also noticed that immediately after my order, the cashier's demeanor became much friendlier with the next customer, which only made the interaction feel worse. The food itself was average, but the customer service left such a poor impression that I don't ever plan on returning.
