  Por favor pogan más atacacion o entrenen mejor a sus trabajador me gustan las wings de este lugar pero lablemente casi siempre olvidan algo en la orden dos veces me an faltado las papas y esta últimas vez no me pusieron la ranch decepción comer esto sin la ranch

  Ms. Lanaya was rude and unprofessional regarding the service. Today, July 24, 2026, at 6:08 PM, I went to this location to buy wings, as I usually do. I ordered a 10-piece combo—5 garlic wings and 5 plain (no sauce). However, after paying and receiving my receipt, I realized I had been charged extra for a side of ranch that I never asked for. When I noticed the mistake, I politely approached her to ask for a refund; instead, her attitude was appalling and highly unprofessional. She got angry about the complaint and refused to help me. I had to insist three times to get the issue resolved, yet she completely ignored me. Honestly, this woman named Lanaya should not be working at this location; it seems like she dislikes her job. I will not return to this place due to that lack of respect and professionalism. I hope a store manager reads this and takes action regarding this issue.
