    This place is genuinely one of the work restaurants I have ever ordered from, back to back days I order food from them and they were not only delayed but they were stolen twice. Don’t order from here the food is not even made correctly

    I ordered through the app and I ordered one blue cheese dipping sauce, one original hot dipping sauce and I wanted to order a side of queso, but the app didn’t let me order more than two dipping sauces so I called them multiple times. Finally got the OK to get the queso added and instead they sent me 7 blue cheese dipping sauces. (they got joke) The manager was suuuuoer unprofessional. I’m so disappointed with her attitude because last week a young lady at the same location got my order perfect. The for the Manager at the Oak Cliff location to be so rude and unaccommodating is wild. Her salary probably isn’t even high enough to act in that manner. I highly doubt she makes anywhere close to 6 figures to be worried about a queso dipping sauce. It’s a good location but she was absolutely horrible and you can hear the arrogance in her voice when she “tried” it on me.

    Picked up my food people wher rude had to wait till somone came to the from to pick my order up asked if I can purchase a coke it was over 3 dollars just for a cup of coke coke did not even have gas.... needs to get better service ther wings bearly have any sauce

    One of the most frustrating restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. The employee taking my order had AirPods in and kept saying “huh?” over and over like paying attention to customers was optional. I had to repeat myself multiple times just to place a simple order. It’s honestly depressing how little effort went into basic customer service. If employees can’t even take an order without being distracted, it makes the whole place feel careless and unprofessional.
