    It must be difficult to put a complete order together and in a single bag. Order a few wings and a large fries and get home and surprise to me no fries. Thanks. Put my trust in the workers and that was wrong of me to do. Do better.

    The only thing that was good was the delivery, but these wings were horrible. Had no salt had no flavor. They were just plain. I will never order wings at Wingstop again not at the location in Wynwood. They were nasty. I gave them to the dog.

    Just spoke with the manager at the Wynnewood location. I had my daughter order a 20 piece boneless wing order. First thing I had to call the location to tell them the ranch was left out. The funny thing was I specifically asked the guy if it was in there? He said yes it was in there. It was not ...... Then I started eating the wings and they were like bullets. I called him back to tell him. I told him what I ate some and had to pull that bullet proof skin off to eat the meat on the inside. I asked him what he was going to do about it. All he kept saying was it was not anything he could do. He assumed we ate all of the 20 pieces we did not. We still had 12 pieces that were untouched, I asked him his name and he refused to give out. So we just threw 20 something dollars away on food that we could not eat. That's what happens when there is not customer service training. In the past all of our orders have been correct, the chicken has been good. But this was the worst tasting chicken , the worst customer service. Just the worst experience. Last time at this location. Customer service stinks. Debbie
