  I ship many things out for my job and I have never been disappointed! This location has a friendly atmosphere and all employees have been very helpful! Sef is usually the one that helps me out and he is outstanding!

  Sef was very kind, professional, and helpful! We accidentally forgot our IDs at home, and he was patient enough to let us run back and get them before completing our notarization. We truly appreciated his understanding and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

  Super convenient location and always easy to get in and out quickly. A huge thanks to DeeDee and the rest of the team. They are always efficient, friendly, and make sure I’m taken care of without any hassle.

  The staff was friendly, polite, and genuinely seemed like they were trying to follow store policies. I appreciate that they let me know upfront there would be a fee to use the computer. However, I was surprised by the additional per-page printing charge, which made me feel like I was being charged for every little thing. Had I known all the costs beforehand, I probably would have gone somewhere else for my printing needs. Unfortunately, I also wasn’t able to ship my package because I received inconsistent information. I was initially quoted one price, but when it was time to check out, the cost was different. On top of that, I ended up helping figure out how to fit my item into the shipping box, which wasn’t something I expected. Overall, the employees were courteous, but I left feeling that there was a stronger focus on explaining fees than on helping solve the actual shipping issue. I’ve used UPS locations many times before and have had much smoother experiences, so I think this may just be specific to this store. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it wasn’t one I’d choose to repeat, which is why I’m giving it 3 stars.
