  Just bought a book of stamps and there was a total of $10 markup for stamps. Got to my car and did the math since I rarely buy stamps. Went right back in and they would not take them back. I never even left the parking lot. Lesson learned!!! How greedy and unprofessional!!!!

  I had to go and make a few Amazon returns. Lance and Amanda were so helpful. I will definitely be returning to this UPS store.

  The manager or employee was extremely helpful introducing me to the self service screen. That is a great addition. Once he explained it to me he then was kind enough to process my pkg. very friendly atmosphere.

  The older gentleman that was working there was a sweet guy, then came in the older lady with blonde or some light color hair & she was an ugly character. Very rude, in the way she would speak to the man who worked there. Her energy was so bad I definitely won’t come back here just because of her. Instead of her helping customers since there was a few of us in there, she makes 2 school aged girls (still wearing school uniforms) start helping. One was behind the register & the other scanning labels. Whoever she is, she does NOT need to be working with people.
