  Jocelyn is absolutely rude. I asked clarifying questions as to why she refused to notarized a document and she escalated the conversation and became hostile. Girl needs to take a deep breath. At no point was I rude, just trying to understand.

  Would give 0 stars if I could. Staff not helpful. Spanish looking girl seemed uninterested in helping this senior return Amazon product.

  I just came from the Garland Rd. location which I've had a box there for at least the past 7 years and Hugo, one of the workers at this location looked me in my face and told me that I had NO packages and after asking him to go and check because I have had multiple notifications that I did have packages. He finally went back and came back with 25 packages! I don't know if he just didnt feel like getting them but I've NEVER had this experience here.

  Male employee there with glasses is absolutely rude, he was removing some papers from by the printer which I was standing at to print something but he couldn’t even say “pardon me” or anything, he basically just forced his way into my personal space with no words said!

  I’m a repeat customer who brings in higher-volume shipments a couple times a month. Unfortunately, the staff at this location often act visibly annoyed when I arrive, including making faces, talking under their breath, and offering little to no assistance. I’m always polite — I’ve even brought cookies and donuts for the team — but the attitude hasn’t changed. Because of how I’ve been treated here, I now drive to other UPS locations much farther from my home, even though this one is right next door. I understand shipping can be stressful, but basic courtesy and professionalism with customers should be standard.
