  The manager is condescending and needs to take a lesson on how to actually listen to customers. I dropped off items to be packed and shipped yesterday. They did not pack and ship. So, I followed up today to see what was going on. Was told we are "busy" and "short staffed". Like how is that my problem? Now they want to charge me $350 more to get my package by date I needed. In other words, because they are short staffed, I have to pay another $350???!!! New owner is not much better at customer service. I can only imagine they are short staffed because no one wants to work for "manager" or owner. And now to demonstrate how petty and immature the manager, Jared Byrd is, he decided in retaliation to my review above to leave a 1-star review on my store, circa20c. He has never been in my store, ever. But he wants to retaliate. Why is this UPS store hiring a person like this as a manager? This is not professionalism or someone who is in control of their emotions. The owner needs to do something about how customers are treated here.

  The staff here is absolutely helpful and kind my interactions with Jared have been very pleasant and helpful, he goes out of his way to help with any issue and directs you in the right way if he is not able to help

  Always on top of things, fast service, reasonably price and most importantly, always accurate. At times i explain to Jared what im looking for and he just makes it happen. This is my go to source for all of my copying and printing needs.
