  I've relied on this UPS location for both personal and professional printing projects, and every experience has exceeded my expectations. When I hosted a baby shower, Ashhad made the entire printing process effortless, handling everything from invitations to event signage. After customizing designs purchased on Etsy, I simply emailed the images to Ashhad—he took care of everything. The double-sided invitations were adorable. Numerous guests commented on how cute they were. The signs turned out beautifully, tying the whole event together. For my business needs, I've used this store to print stickers, high-quality brochures, and handouts. Each project was completed to the highest standard, with exceptional attention to detail. I appreciate how I can simply send Ashhad an image and trust that he'll deliver outstanding results quickly and at a fair price. I don’t need to go anywhere else for my printing needs.

  This store is consistently the best on service, speed, and quality of product. Usually, you can only have 1-2 of these stellar qualities at a time. This store delivers all three, always. I came in with a seemingly impossible embroidery task today, but Mo and Ashaad made a miracle happen! My organization also prints an assortment of different products and the team makes it happen timely and at a reasonable cost. This store and these leaders are 10/10.

  I came in here yesterday with a shipping emergency for my friend. Not only did they help like crazy they said the entire staff to help accommodate me and even resized my oversized package to save me over $500 in shipping fees. I’ve never had customer service this amazing and fantastic. This is by far one of the best stores I’ve ever been to truly grateful to the whole staff that works here.

  We received notice our pkg had arrived at the Skillman store and would be held for 3 days. On the second day after receiving notice of pkg arrival, we went to store around 6 p.m. and were told the pkg had not arrived and ck back the next morning. We went back to the store around 11 the next morning and were told pkg still had not arrived and the mgr blamed it on the UPS system being backlogged, which in hindsight was complete bunk. Mgr took our contact info and told us he would call when pkg arrived. About an hour later the mgr called and said pkg had just arrived. We immediately went back to store (3rd trip in 20 hours) to pick up pkg. Mgr was at lunch so we were helped by a young man who said the pkg had been in store since the previous day in an easy-to-see location. The pkg was large and had a large label on it with our name. So not only were we lied to about when the pkg arrived, but we were subjected to a mgr who was incapable of locating a large box with our name prominently on the box. We made THREE trips to pick up a pkg that was in the store but too much trouble to locate. Our time was wasted. I will use UPS stores again, but not the one in the Lake Highlands Town Center. UPS has plenty of other stores to choose from.
