    There is a $3 per page fee for black-and-white printing. It feels predatory/greedy to customers who just need a label printed on a basic sheet of paper to drop off a package. I asked what the charge was for the self service printing kiosk and this was also $3 per page. FedEx charges $0.25.

    Great experience at this UPS store. Joe and Sebastian welcomed me right away, were incredibly friendly, and handled my packages quickly. It's rare to leave a shipping store with a big smile and a pep in your step, but they made it happen. Awesome service. UPS is very lucky to have them On their team. Kudos to Sebastian and Joe
