  Meghan was an excellent source of help in an attempt to fraudulently steal my package. A sub contractor for ups or the original drop off location at fiesta pharmacy off buckner were attempting to steal our package. The guy took it to the Gaston location and Meghan gut told her something was wrong. She did not allow the guy to ship the package to florida, she notified us and we were able to retrieve it. Thank you so much Meghan for trusting your instincts

  This was my second frustrating experience with this location today. I arrived with a pair of pants that were folded inside a plastic shipping bag with a TikTok return label. The return instructions specifically stated that a box and shipping label would be provided at the return location. When I went inside, the employee at the front desk scanned my return and told me that I needed a box. I explained that I had selected the return option stating that the box and label would be provided. He told me, “No, we don’t do that,” and then pulled out a bag and told me I would have to pay for it. I attempted to show him the return instructions confirming that I was not supposed to be charged for packaging. Another employee was called to the front, and instead of trying to understand the situation, he asked me, “What’s the issue paying for the bag?” I was honestly taken aback by the tone and the lack of customer service. I went back to my vehicle to get my phone so I could pay the $2.99 for the bag. The amount of money was never the issue. The issue was the way the situation was handled and how I was spoken to when I was simply trying to follow the return instructions I had been given. After two negative experiences at this location in one day, I am done. I will not be returning. I am also not interested in being directed to a generic store email simply to repeat the same complaint. I would like this feedback to reach someone who is actually responsible for the customer experience at this location.
