  Above and beyond service from the store manager all the way down to every single employee. Accurate, friendly, reliable and as I’ve been using this store for 8months, one tiny snafu that was not their fault was taken care of with a solution forward team mindset, and with great integrity. I actually pretty surprised. **The franchise owner should be proud of his ethical customer-forward staff.** I feel very safe having my mailbox here with this reliable gang.

  The Notary Public would not notarize some lease documents for me. These are the same documents I’ve had notarized at this location multiple times. She said she “couldn’t,” but if she had been honest, she meant she “wouldn’t.” I respect her decision as a Notary to not feel comfortable doing something. However, be honest with me. There are not different levels of Notary Public. You either are one or you are not. All you are doing, if you understand your actual duty, is to verify that I am actually the person signing the document. Again, I respect but disagree with her decision to protect herself. BUT….this is a reflection on the store itself. You either offer the service or you don’t. You wasted my time, and you have lost yet another customer.

  I shipped an $800 package and purchased insurance for the shipping. They said that they would send me the tracking number via email. They never sent it. The package was never received. UPS cannot find the tracking number, so it's just gone forever. Don't insure your packages, since it is worthless.

  This is hands down the best UPS in DFW. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. Shoutout to Veronica, today, for being so patient with me! I will drive out of my way every time just to come to this store because I know it will be the best and fastest experience. Thank you!
