  I had a box there and the manager let different people take packages to an unknown person to me and the UPS store. The owner Rick Adams said any liability if any is limited to 100 dollars total. The UPS Store on Lemmon Avenue lets "porch pirates" just take stuff.

  It’s crazy how you can have a great experience a few days earlier with a totally different staff come back days later in the staff is dismissive and unhelpful, facial expression, tone and attitude go a long way when dealing with customers. The ladies may want to try smiling a bit and using a tone that says I at least want to try and help you.

  I have been coming here to pick up my mail for several years now, and I always experience excellent customer service. Today, Karen took care of me. She always has a very warm and friendly demeanor and is extremely attentive to every single customer that walks in the door. I really appreciate her customer service and will continue using this UPS.

  This is not just your neighborhood UPS store. They are a full service printing/shipping store with the friendliest staff one ever encountered in a incredibly busy store. I've had same day printing done and they came out beautiful. It's more than just a shipping place, it's truly a destination for everything related to any event or party, right down to wedding invitations. Ask for Maria, Glenn or Rick I literally drive by about 10 other stores to go to this one. It's worth it. I'm
