  Went in to get a document notarized. Young lady said she was the notary...but she stopped doing those 30 minutes earlier. I guess her notary powers were shut off at 2 PM for some reason.

  I want to recognize Aaron at The UPS Store on Skillman in Dallas. I misplaced my keys and was calling around trying to locate them. Unfortunately, several places I contacted were not very helpful, but Aaron immediately showed genuine concern and took the time to assist me. He assured me that if my keys were there, he would hold them for me. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help during a stressful situation really stood out. Excellent customer service and greatly appreciated. Thank you, Aaron!

  Misleading hours they close at 4pm! On Saturday I showed up on Saturday 4:300pm they was closed. On google it says they close at 5pm! Ridiculous! I had to go to another UPS and there was other customers there that had to leave because they close early!

  The Indian lady in this ups office is very rude and unprofessional. I came in for the order i dropped off and without looking at my receipt she started accusing me of bringing in a none tracking number! Very arrogant woman
