  I was waiting in line for assistance, but the employee kept talking with a customer whose package shipment had already been completed. Their conversation was unrelated to the shipment while I was still waiting. When I politely told him I was waiting and that customers in line should be assisted first, his response was dismissive and unprofessional. UPS has given its franchise locations the opportunity and responsibility to serve customers and their communities professionally. Customers deserve respectful, attentive, and timely service, and I expect this location to uphold those standards.

  Every time I go into this Ups store I am either greeted by Michael, or see him working hard helping customers. He is always very helpful and willing to help and very knowledgeable. Thanks Michael for you excellent customer service:-)
