  The staff's attitude was completely unacceptable, rude, and dismissive—especially the older women working there. To make matters worse, they didn't even ask my friend for any identification, nor did they bother to look at his face! Even if strict policies apply, ignoring a customer and treating them with such arrogance and bad manners is disgraceful. A simple polite apology explaining the company policy is all it takes, but basic respect and professionalism are entirely lacking at this location. I will completely avoid and ignore this place in the future."

  Very unhappy with the service there, had a simple return and was met with attitude and no simple courtesies. Will be taking my business elsewhere!

  Shredded 27 pounds of old documents, packed memories to mail to my granddaughter all while wearing smiles . The whole process from start to finish was absolutely amazing. Robert and his team went above and beyond for me.
