  Friendly staff. Great experience. Thank you for working with Bounce for luggage storage. There are so few places in Dallas that offer luggage storage. Your team made my last day in Dallas fantastic as I did not have to drag around luggage.

  I came into this UPS Store at McKinney av , to return an Amazon package, and Johnny made the entire experience genuinely pleasant. He was incredibly professional, kind, attentive, and helpful with every customer the whole time I was there. Always smiling and carrying such positive energy. It honestly reminded me how much a good attitude can brighten someone else’s day. Thank you, Johnny, for your amazing service and for spreading happiness so naturally. 📦🤎💛

They also suggest options that help me make the most cost-effective decisions. They’re attentive, reliable, and I’ve never had any issues with my packages. Even during busy times, they stay upbeat and bring great energy.
