  Brought in a big item to return from Amazon. Two clerks were looking at each other like I was inconveniencing them and finally asked me to bring it to the wall. Then when I put it up right and could tell it was leaning they then asked me to bring it to the back. Had to email the shipping label which has always been complimentary at every other location and asked that I pay $1.62 for it. Let them know, I have an older print out of the return label and believe i had it in my car. Got it to them, and he said we'll I already printed it, I begrudgingly said fine I'll pay, and he said Don't worry about it and shoved the receipt in my face. This is not the first-time this location has felt like I as a customer was bothering them for bringing in Amazon returns or prepaid items to return. Closest to my home, is the only reason I come back. Just terrible customer service all around.

  I do not recommend this store especially if Sam, the franchise owner is there. This place is not the same with him in charge. It was immediately noticeable the dismiss and disregard he had for me as a customer as soon as I walked through the door. He did not greet me, yet instead asked, "What do you need?" I told him I would like to fax documents. I handed them to him and as he turned around to the machine I asked if I could have a Cover Sheet. He blew his breath in frustration as he turned around and gave me one and then plopped (literally made sure he had his arm up high enough for air time) my documents down on the weight machine. My hand was open to receive the documents, however he chose to plop them down otherwise. In the middle of me filling out the form I could see and feel him building frustration, so I silently pleaded and asked for help from another employee who was available. THANK YOU JOHNATHAN!! He took my papers with no problem and assisted me with professionalism, generosity and care. Abraham was nice too when he came from the back! Thank you young gentlemen. Sam is too old and needs to learn a LOT from these two when it comes to customer service and professionalism. I will continue to tell others to patronize the mail store down the street off Audelia and Walnut Hill. Cheaper, more personable and professional.

  I recently moved into the neighborhood and open a mailbox at this location after having some packages stolen from my porch. I really appreciate having a secure location for deliveries and the staff the staff here is always friendly and helpful!
