  This location is so friendly and welcoming! The staff always greets customers with a smile, and they even hand out free cookies, which I love. Such a calm, pleasant atmosphere. Definitely one of my favorite locations!

  I have been going to this Subway for years. The shop owner makes it a point to remember and care for his regulars. This care along with consistently fresh bread and ingredients leaves this to always be a pleasant visit everytime

  Employees are super friendly and uplifting veggie were freshly cut and lettuce looked really cleaned surprisingly everything was well cleaned and organized I could tell the owner loves his business by how he takes care of it

  In the Knox District area, this is definitely the best Subway. I definitely have subways closer to me and yI still go out of my way to drive to this location when I’m craving subway :) Stuff is really nice and the food always taste fresh!

  The manager, Anil, at this store is incredibly caring and truly understands how to provide excellent customer service. About 45 days ago, I accidentally placed an order at this location while I was about 42 miles away. When I finally visited the store, Anil recognized me, showed me the receipt from my previous order, and provided me with the sandwich without any questions or complications. I was genuinely impressed by his professionalism, kindness, and customer service skills. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious! Thank you, Anil, for such wonderful service. You are a great example of what excellent customer service should look like.
