  Ordered a sandwich and man at counter refused to give me my sandwich. I don’t understand what his issue with me was but I had to wait 20 minutes to convince the man and verify that i was the one that made an online order. I showed my ID, i showed my credit card, i wasn’t leaving without my sandwich and i had to beg for him just to understand that it was me that made the order. Treated me horribly and no other staff stepped in to help.

  I think the food at Subway is very good and I really like it. But why I'm giving them one stars is the map on their app took me to a place about half a mile away and it took me forever to find the actual Subway which is crammed up and a little strip mall right on the corner of lemon and oaklawn. I told them that but they didn't seem to care so I hope somebody will read this and fix it. Have a good day
