    SHE SAID HER NAME WAS HOLLAND AFRICAN AMERICAN LADY Today is 1/3/26 I placed a order online at 1:30 pm for this location upon arrival at 1:50 which was the time it was supposed to be ready I asked if there was a order for me she said rudely No she doesn’t have no orders at all .. after she verified I had the right location I tried to show her my order confirmation she refused to look at it and say there’s nothing she can do I can cancel it and reorder I asked how to cancel it it doesn’t show a option on app she ignored me greeted the customer that came in after me which I was never greeted when I walked in so as I’m standing there trying to understand why I could get my order she ignored me and continue to make the order for the other person I asked for the manager she said I am the manager and that I can call my bank and dispute charges as uncomfortable as I felt I just reordered on the app for the Wycliff location I was on lunch break but after the rude unpleasant customer experience I won’t EVER revisit this location and advise anyone that wants subway in the area to go to Wycliff location which is literally 5 min away so yeah my order was ready when I arrived there and was greeted at the door as well ..

    OMG!!! I Have been to several Subways, after a hard week on the phones getting yelled at most of the day. I walked in from the start, it was amazing. I was greeted with a smile by both K.B. and Holland, what a wonderful experience after the week I had. These two great assets to this location need to be acknowledged for their exceptional friendly service and quality to detail. I dont leave too many compliments unless it was out of the ordinary. Thank you Holland and K.B. Many Blessing to you both. You are both appreciated even if someday's it doesn't seem like it or feel like it. Sincerely grateful
