  Absolute trash. I ordered 10 toasted HOT subs from here at 1230PM cuz nobody answers the phone and I put Pick Up at 630PM. Now common sense means they would make them around 6pm since they're supposed to be hot, I stopped by at 430 to make sure they got the order and my subs are in a bag on the counter where they'd been for over 4hrs. The guy refused to remake them saying its my fault that I ordered them at 1230 and I should've put pick up at 630. When I showed him that I put that he just shrugged his shoulders and said oh well and proceeded to tell me I can buy more if I want em fresh... What a joke and a waste of $80. No manager in sight just some kid who has no customer service skills. Avoid this place. First time I've ever left a bad review online, thats how hot this got me....

  Shout out to Maria she made me feel welcome and with an amazing attitude and happy she gave me options in making my sandwich very pleased with the customer service she provides I will diffidently come back with Maria!!!!
