  Hi Subway I went to your location in WynnWood Village Dallas Tx and was met with nothing but hostility and ignorance! I came to this location on yesterday. I got your hot honey chicken nachos, which were great. I got it the way I wanted it. I got it with chicken steak, bacon and cheese. I come back today to get it to be told by the two ignorant employees that are in there that I could get that I can’t customize it. I asked where the manager was. They said there was no manager on duty. She doesn’t work today so I said when you have customer complaints and customer issues how do you work those out? She said they don’t I said so if you have a customer problem, the customer is just shit out of luck she said yes so I said what’s your name I can’t give you that. What’s the manager‘s name oh, I can’t give you that so I pulled out my phone to take a picture to make sure I had her who she was so she can’t give me no information or anything and could care less about the customer at all. I thought you should be aware of who you have higher at your location treating your customers like shit.

  Muy mala atención al cliente la que me atendió se portó muy mal conmigo estaba enojada tenía una actitud muy grosera como sino le gustara su trabajo

  On Wednesday, the 5th of the 26th, I had this problem. The people who work there are ignorant. They lost my sandwich and wanted me to wait in line again to get it remade. Those workers are ignorant; they should be replaced. I will never eat there again, and certainly not with those ignorant people.

  This place deserves zero stars, I went 5/16/26 between 5pm-6pm. The place was nasty, even my step son asked why the place is dirty and he’s only 6 years old. Flies around the produce, fountain station was sticky and hardly any tops for the cups. No cookies were maid and braid stale and hard.
