I walk in and walk to the counter nobody greeted me nobody asked me if I needed help nobody asked if I was picking up a order or ordering they ignored me and took customers orders cashed them out made the order that I was there to pick up and sit it behind the counter. I didn’t think it was my order so I sat down to wait patiently. After the store was empty no customers around they finally asked me if I was going to order which then I replied I was waiting for my order to be ready for pick up. He asked for the name and said it was there ready he grabs the order I saw him make and put away and hands it to me and tells me next time I have to greet myself and when I walk in and let them know I’m picking up. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREETING YOUR CUSTOMERS AS THEY WALK IN HELPING YOUR CUSTOMER WITH HIS OR HER ONLINE ORDER OR WALK IN ORDER NOT IGNORE PEOPPE WHO SPEND MONEY HERE JUST TO GET TREATED LIKE CRAP.
