  This subway was no good. When I arrived there was two young Hispanic girls with nasty attitudes. I asked nicely if one of the girls were going on break because they had the glass top down covering the food. I had to ask three times because the little girl seemed to be annoyed answering any questions. She finally said no and the other little girl came out of the back. Her attitude was worse. She had thick caterpillar eye lashes and didn’t make eye contact plus threw my food on the counter with no care and the bread was not on the paper that wraps the sandwich. After I was able to get my sandwich created I asked why the price was so high because I frequent subway around the dfw and the little girl did not offer a combo package. She just stated the sandwich was $13 and the drink was the remaining balance. I bought a large drink and foot long terriaki chicken and it came out to just over $21. I usually pay around $16 any other subway for the same. It’s only a few dollars so I’m not tripping but those two immature little girls need to be corrected or otherwise they can find another job. I will never eat at this establishment again. Trash customer service

  When I arrived, there were people sitting at the tables eating already. However, I was told that they couldn't serve me and that there was no food left, even though the tables were clearly filled with food. It seemed like they just didn't want to serve me because they closed in 30 minutes.

  I almost lost my mind in this subway smh ,I’m a regular at subway I eat this twice a week let’s start there!! So I go to the location that’s in Walmart on short in Dallas,Tx and the Hispanic lady was out of her mind telling me I can’t add cheese to my sandwich because that’s not how it come ,I said if I’m building my Sammich and have the money to add cheese then you need to give me what I’m asking for as a paying customer smh ,she even told me she couldn’t take the tomatoes off my sammich because that’s how it come!! That’s BS I’m building my sammich let me get what I want . So I told her I’m calling corporate and what’s her store number she said idk go online and find the location. Smh this is so not cool and I will be making this a big issue!!!

  I walked in to get a sub and the Latina lady that closed on 06/21/2026 denied service. She sign by the counter says they close at 10 and so does they're website other wise I wouldn't have driven to this location. With that said I walked in about 8:48ish which she still had 10 min on the clock to make another regardless if she was the other one on the clock. She was very unprofessional and negative. Highly don't recommend this location.
