  It’s fast food. Bad attitudes, lazy workers, cold food and you have to tell them to toast the bread after you’ve already put in that modification and you have to tell them warm up the items that should get warmed up like the meatballs not served cold. If the owners read this, lower the workers wages, they literally don’t do anything but stand around gossiping and give customers bad attitudes.

  This is my 2nd time coming and the flys are out of control, guess I'll go to another location 🤦🏿‍♂️

  There was a long line, there were three employees that I saw. One came out of the back saw the line and went back to the back and didn't come back until the line was gone. One who had no idea what he was doing, probably new. He also kept touching all kinds of things, like the instructions book on the wall, with his gloves on, and while holding meats in the same hands. The final employee was stressed to the max, he was quick and efficient and knew how to do the job. Problem is he was the only one. Then while making our food they dropped meats on the floor and started to grab more to replace them on the sandwich but shrugged and decided not to. When asked for some extra pickles the "probably new" one was unsure how to handle the request. I really feel for the poor guy who was trying so hard to do it all and train the new guy who couldn't figure anything out.
