  I always enjoy visiting this Preston Rd & Alpha Rd Subway in Dallas, it's the best of their locations I visit. Alicia and the staff are always friendly and helpful and the sandwiches and wraps are always well prepared.

  I use to go to this subways weekly. The last couple of times I went they charged me too much. This last time I asked why they are charging me $12 for a 3.99 six inch cold cut trio when I added roast beef, Their system charges 7.99 for you to add roast beef to a six inch sub. They did the same thing to me the week before. The guy that was in line with me also noticed that the price was not right on his meal as well.They know that their system has this glitch and are over charging clients for their food. Why has no one fixed this glitch in the system???? I think this is a malicious act and they are stealing from the customers. I will never ever go to this restaurant again. They need to be closed down until they fix their system
