    The sandwich was great... My only complaint... Customer service the lady did not have a very nice attitude....(She just seemed like she was mad to be at work,... And was kind of a snappy the way she talked to me).. if not I would have give them a 5

    I went to this subway location in the Walmart off of Retail rd in Dallas Tx and the lady Monica was absolutely rude and disgusting to me! I wanted to order the $6 meal but was unaware there was a certain kind of meal and she didn’t bother to explain it either. When I first tried to place my order she kept cutting me off and was very rude every time I tried to speak. I noticed she was placing meat balls on my sandwich and I asked why and she said this is the meal of the day. I then replied I’m sorry I was unware of that I would like a regular meal of my choice and I’m willing to pay full price for a regular meal. She then proceeds to tell me that she is still gonna charge me for the meal of the day deal and for a regular meal all because I didn’t want the deal. She was rude and dismissive and honestly she was prejudice. From the moment I walked in she was already giving me a nasty look and didn’t even greet me. This is beyond ridiculous and she needs to lose her job because I know if I was treated like this today I can only imagine the way she treats other customers. Also I would like to add that when I called back to speak with the manager she was also rude and dismissive I will be reporting to corporate immediately!
